Termination

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hoki108 support. Outstanding real-money balances, net of any promotional amounts subject to wagering requirements not yet met, will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.

Amendments

hoki108 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders through an in-platform notification or registered email address.
